Don Reich is co-founder of the Public Safety Network, the largest monitoring system of 9-1-1 calls in the world. Mr. Reich holds numerous patents within the safety industry, including one for the most common system for the transport and disposal of radioactive material in use today. Mr. Reich earned a MS in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Southern California in 1986.

   
 

Kurt Warner has been designing data collection systems since 1978 when he formed his first data services company while attending the School of Engineering at the University of Virginia. Mr. Warner co-founded Public Safety Network with Don Reich in 1986. At PSN, Mr. Warner has created the worlds largest system for monitoring 9-1-1calls.

   
 

Dr. Angelo Salvucci has over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine. He is the Chair of the California State Commission on Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He is the past president of the EMS Medical Directors Association of California and the medical director of Santa Barbara County and Ventura County EMS. Dr. Salvucci currently practices emergency medicine and serves as Vice Chief of the Medical Staff at St. Francis Medical Center in Santa Barbara, California.

   
 

Leah Senitte was the 9-1-1 Program Manager for the State of California for 15 years. She is the immediate past president of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA). Ms. Senitte was the founding president of the California Chapter of NENA, an annual award in her name has been created for 9-1-1 administrators who provide excellence in public safety leadership.

   
 

Rafael represents 9-1-1Notify internationally, particularly in Latin America. In 1989, he co-founded Aire Purificado, S.A. de C.V. a company specializing in air purification, where he served as CEO for over 10 years. Rafael earned a BA in Economics from USC in 1986 and a graduate degree in Marketing from the Americas University (Mexico City) in 1989. Rafael co-developed 3 residential tennis club/communities and is a a key figure in the Osuna Cup, part of the Davis Cup Series.
